We are looking for a paid social expert who is proficient on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit, and has a track record of managing six-figure ad spend throughout their career.

Experience managing ad spend for D2C brands or B2B SaaS products is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should have experience working with creative, product, and content teams to execute comprehensive paid social campaigns that span the marketing funnel from acquisition to retention.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insight into emerging trends and industry developments impacting the social media landscape
• Launch and optimize paid social advertising campaigns for multiple clients
• Become an expert on our clients' brands and goals, and develop creative solutions that drive brand reputation and conversions
• Have a deep understanding of our client's products and competitors so you can launch the most effective ad campaigns that drive high engagement
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that all ad assets and copy adhere to the client's brand guidelines
• Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, highlighting what worked, new experiments to run, etc.
• Act as a consultant to guide a client in improving their bottom of funnel performance to lower the client's overall CAC and improve LTV.
• Stay on top of client communications + demonstrate strong project management skills

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience managing ad spend across FB & Instagram. If you have experience managing ad spend across other paid social channels, that's a big plus
• At least 6 figures in ad spend over the course of your career. The more experience you have spending (and spending efficiently), the better
• Deep knowledge of working with products to set up events across multiple ad platforms, as well as ensuring all events are set up correctly and firing in the right places
• Must have experience working with the branding/creative team to produce high quality creative assets that are proven to engage audiences and adhere to branding guidelines
• Must have experience navigating a reporting structure to communicate/show ad performance across platforms and report on ongoing experiments that need to be tested
• Must be highly analytical and obsessed with hitting client KPIs
• Expertise in the intersection of paid, owned, and earned media in social campaign orchestration
• Passionate about the social media landscape and able to demonstrate thought leadership in the space
